Magnetic Pulleys are Installed at the discharge end of the conveyor, the magnetic pulley generates a strong, deep magnetic field. As materials flow over the belt, ferrous metals are attracted and held against the belt’s surface and non-magnetic material is discharged normally, while trapped metals are carried past the pulley and then automatically released into a separate collection area, ensuring continuous, automated separation without the need for manual handling.
